Birth Preparation and Planning
Finding out that your family is growing can be the most exciting experience, and the most overwhelming. Think of me as an unbiased guide to finding the resources that are the best fit for you. Need morning sickness remedies? Need to know which providers in your area do in-home prenatal appointments? Want to know which organizations can help pay for chiropractic care during pregnancy? Let me do the leg work and be the bridge between you and your ideal prenatal care.

Feeling a little lost on where to start preparing for your birth? Not knowing what to say when your provider asks if you have any questions? As a seasoned doula and mom of three, I come equipped to help you explore your options, narrow your focus, and realize your goals. I will help you outline your birth preferences in an organized way so that you can easily reference them to do additional research and discuss them with your provider.

Breastfeeding Preparation
As a birth doula, I understood the importance of setting up families for the easiest journey possible in the postpartum season and built an comprehensive guide for this process. Now I use this guide to coach families through important topics to discuss with their partner surrounding newborn care, self care, relationship prioritization and the available help for hire to assist with optimum healing and support. If you'd like some assistance in thinking through and simplifying your postpartum journey, let's get together!
