Feeling a little lost on where to start preparing for your birth? A little concerned by the scary birth stories of family and friends? Wondering if it's possible to have a positive birth that you enjoy? As a seasoned doula and mom of three, I come equipped to help you explore your options, narrow your focus, and realize your goals for your best birth. We will even discuss your options and include your preferences in case of Caesarean and NICU admittance. I will help you outline your birth preferences in an organized way so that you will be able to communicate them clearly and know how to advocate for them during birth if necessary.

​As a birth doula and mom of three, I understand the importance of setting up families for the easiest journey possible in the postpartum season and built a comprehensive, easy-to-reference guide for this process.
